Aluminum Curtain Wall Panel is designed and manufactured of aluminum sheets of different thickness according to project
requirements. With the advantages of light in weight, good rigidity, weather resistance and corrosion resistance, it can be
manufactured in flat, arc-shaped, spherical or any other complex shapes, and a variety of colors are available. Aluminum
Curtain Wall Panels are mainly used for fa?ade, columns, balconies, clapboards and interior decoration.
Material Selection and Structure
Normally the baseboard is 3003H24 aluminum alloy, while the thickness depends on the wind pressure of different areas,
building height of different buildings, and panel sizes of different designs. 2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm、4.0mm are the mainly
applied thicknesses, the maxim size can be 1900mm×6000mm (flat). Main structural fittings include alumni profile, U-shaped
reinforcing ribs, and hangers.
Production and Examination Requirements
High-class aluminum sheets are selected and manufactured according to actually needed shape and size. Then the already
shaped sheets are examined for flatness, scratches, welding junctions, burning, polishing and directions before the panels are
coated. The standard of? (YS/T429.1-2000) is executed for tolerance.

◆Wind Load Resistance: Level Ⅲ-Ⅴ, capable of taking the wind load of 3000PA.
◆Resistance to air permeability: Level Ⅳ, α0=0.05m3/m.h. Namely under the pressure differential of 100Pa, the air leakage
is ≤0.05m3/m.h
◆Resistance to Water Leakage: Level Ⅴ, P=2500Pa, In areas with the leakage risk of (Twice/10years), the watertight pressure
of the aluminum ? curtain wall is 2500Pa.
◆Thermal Insulation: Level Ⅳ, K=0.7W/m.k, after rock wool is installed behind single aluminum curtain wall, the heat transfer
